CHAOS MOTION is a Technical Death Metal band formed in 2013 in León, Mexico, and fully relocated to Strasbourg, France, in 2014.
The band are turning the death metal genre by introducing new musical concepts such as dissonances, complex rhythms, free improvisation and experimentalism, as also exploiting as much as possible the different instrumental possibilities, using extended or non-conventional techniques.
They released the single “PSYCHOTIC SPASM” in late 2016, and played numerous shows in support of it. This led them to attract the attention of the Indian record label TRANSCENDING OBSCURITY RECORDS, who offered them a worldwide deal for their debut full-length.
CHAOS MOTION’s debut full-length “PSYCHOLOGICAL SPASMS CACOPHONY” came out on October 18, 2019, and is one of the most intriguing albums of the year that has acclaimed global reviews from top-notch magazines and sites such as Metal Injection, Invisible Orange, No Clean Singing, Toilet ov Hell and even Zero Tolerance Magazine.
